Submissions
In case of research and pilot projects, send the correct application form, the latest version of the budget tool, and all other attachments by email to research@kika.nl. KiKa strives to conduct a thorough yet fast and efficient review process, aiming to complete it within five months. There are three review rounds each year. If a project is submitted by the deadline (at 23:59 the latest), it will be discussed at the next Scientific Council meeting.
For program applications, a different procedure applies. Program applications are reviewed once a year. Applicants must submit a preapplication. Researchers will be notified in early July whether they are invited to submit a full application. A (preapplication) can be sent by email to research@kika.nl. If KiKa deems it necessary, the described procedure can be adjusted.
